What data I process, and why

• Getting in touch (email, phone, WhatsApp, booking a consultation): name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message. Purpose: answering your enquiry and arranging the consultation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• Contractual partners: billing and contact details. Purpose: performing the contract and meeting accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (c)). Retention: 8 years, as required by accounting law.
• Website statistics: traffic to the site is measured with Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation. Purpose: improving how the site works. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your browser settings or by deleting cookies.

Your rights

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the lead authority for this company is the Irish Data Protection Commission (21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, Ireland, dataprotection.ie), and you may equally complain to the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
